The descent of the angel of Revelation 18, is frequently equated with the outpouring of the latter rain. (eg RH 21 April 1891) Some seem to think that God will pour out the latter rain on the church in it's present condition. This is a mistake that could lead to Satan's false latter rain which precedes the true latter rain (GC 464) The true latter rain is not poured out till after the shaking. This is why Spiritual Gifts, 2:284, says that "the shaking must soon take place to purify the church.'' (The Shape of The Coming Crisis. p147)
THE SHAKING
Who will stand for Our Lord, Our Saviour? Who today will take the stand? Who will put on their Spiritual Armour? And do battle for God in this land?
Are you ready to feel the Shaking? Indeed will you be able to see it through? Will you stand firm on the ROCK CHRIST JESUS, as persecution comes to test you?
Have you forsaken worldly pleasures? Are you harbouring any cherished sins? Now is the time to give it over. And let the Holy Spirit dwell within?
Do you come to Church on Sabbath, to meet your Lord, or is it to show your face? 'Depart from me, you doers of iniquity,' You will be told, as you are disgraced.
WAKE UP! WAKE UP, MY. sleeping children. Armour yourself with Shield and Sword. The Breastplate of Righteousness will protect you. And so will the Helmet of Salvation of the Lord.
Pray without ceasing, Be Ready, I say. The Shaking is now happening. Will you shift, or will you stay?
